Can't remember my login data

That's quite embarrassing: I created a new podcast called "Mein Schönster Irrtum", I uploaded already 2 episodes but now I can't remember the login details, neither e-mail-address nor password.
How could I retrieve at least the e-Mail-address to reset the password?
