Changing Playback-Device leads to commercial and reset of the podcast

Hey guys,

there is an issue regarding podcast playback thats annoying me for weeks now: when i play a podcast on my computer it was always a great feature to take it with me when i leave the house or do something else. So i open spotify on my phone and just want to switch the output from my computer to my phone (was great feature!). Though the feature is still available it leads to the following effect: 2 commercials are played on my phone and after that the podcast episode starts over at 0:00. 

Two questions: Is this expected behaviour and do i really have to deal with those commercial although i have spotify premium? 

Please make that good feature work again and get rid of the ads for premium users.
