Garmin watch with "Music & Talk" podcast

Does anyone know if it is at all technically possible to get the full experience of a Spotify "music & talk" podcast sync'd to a Garmin watch?

My watch has the Spotify features on it, so I can sync playlists and podcasts to it to play spotify content perfectly well.  Very handy.

However, I've got into one of the "music & talk" podcasts (Rob Deerings Running Tracks) which would be ideal on my watch; but when I sync the podcast all i get is the narrative, and the music doesn't sync.

Is it possible to get the whole thing sync'd and working on my watch?  Or is this unsupported (which would be a shame!)?
