Get Rid of the AI Overview/Summary for Spoilers!

Not sure if this has **bleep** anyone else over, but I really don't like the AI-generated notes about podcast episodes, the little overview or summary that automatically divides the podcast episodes. I've had several episodes of drama/story podcasts spoiled or fake-spoiled, and it's been pretty annoying. One chapter summary was literally titled "[Character's] tragic death." Excuse me?? Another one I got was "[Character] and [Character] finally kiss" which wasn't even true. It's been pretty annoying whether they're accurate or not, and would love to get rid of this. Is there a way to turn this off?
