Invalid File Format Error - Riverside.fm

SO I have only been able to upload one episode.  I have tried uploading straight from Riverside.fm, (which worked the first time only).  I switched browsers from Edge to Chrome and that was no help.  I tried uploading direct to the Spotify for Creators account, both browsers.  I tried the AI Chat thing, and it went gray and became unresponsive.  I have wasted an entire DAY trying to do this and have gained no ground.  

Can anyone help? (**bleep** i cant upload a screenshot?! what is life rn?) ugh

Same issue, smh. I was hoping someone responded to you, I’ve tried EVERYTHING. No success .

If uploads worked once then stopped, it’s likely a temporary issue with the platform. Clear cache/cookies, try incognito mode, or upload from another device. If that fails, reach out to Spotify for Podcasters support — they can check your account directly.
