Podcasts feature missing in Bangladeshi Spotify

I am a premium user of Spotify, but I cannot access any podcasts. I have searched for podcasts in Bangladeshi Spotify, but I could not find any. I also tried to listen to podcasts from other countries, such as the USA and India, but they were not available either. Podcasts are very popular in Bangladesh nowadays, and I want to enjoy them as well. Why does Spotify not offer podcasts in Bangladesh, while it does in neighboring countries? Please add this feature as soon as possible.
