Podcasts not moving onto next download

Hi. I use Spotify to play my many downloaded podcasts. On my downloaded podcast list page I use play in top rh corner as opposed to the play button on the individual episode. Sometimes it moves on to next podcast when finished (great) and other times it just stops. More often now I am having to stop Spotify and re load it. Frustrating (when I'm out walking) and not possible when I'm driving. What is going on?
