Hi Spotify Team,

I am the host of the podcast "The Invisible Thread with Rohit". I am reporting a specific technical mismatch/bug on my Spotify for Podcasters dashboard.

The Issue:

My Transcript toggle is Purple (indicating it's active), but it is Locked/Greyed out.

My episodes already have Chapters working perfectly, which means Spotify is already reading my metadata correctly.

I have already contacted Support, and Agent Angelo B confirmed this mismatch under Conversation ID: d0383c09-054f-4dd2-bedf-a2eeddcb174c.

Why this is a Bug:

If it were a "gradual rollout" issue, the toggle should not be Purple. The fact that it is Purple but unclickable suggests a backend sync error between my RSS feed (from RedCircle) and the Spotify Creator dashboard.

Request:

Please manually sync my account or escalate this to the engineering team to unlock the transcript feature, as the system clearly shows it should be available for my show.
