Öğrenci Ödeme Sorunu ( Hesabımdan Para Çekildi )

Öğrenci indirimi için kredi kartı bilgilerimi girdim ve telefonuma gelen mesajı onayladım. Fakat sonraki sayfada üniversite seçmem istendi. Daha fazla bilgi al butonuna tıkladığımda kampanyanın beni kapsamadığını fark ettim. Bu sırada sayfadan kredi kartından henüz ödeme alınmadı diye bir bir ileti geldi. İninal kart online işlemlere girdiğimde hesabımdan para çekildiğini gördüm. Hesabım hala "FREE" ve hesabımdan para çekildi. Yardımlarınızı bekliyorum, şimdiden çok teşekkürler

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
