My Question or Issue

I am on vacation for 12 days. I just arrived back home to an email inbox with a disabled Spotify account and an egregious 7 day address verification method that disabled my entire family's premium plan.

 

Now the solution is that I'm locked out of my accounts with my family, and that we all need to purchase a brand new Premium plan? Each of us? So instead of our family sharing a single $16.99 plan, we all need to create separate $10.99 plans? Each month our family bill has gone up almost $80 for this garbage system and this short-attention span of an economy? What kind of horse **** is this?

Each family member should've received this email individually, so only the ones who didn't verify their address within 7 days were removed from the plan. You can try reaching out to Support to see if anything can be done about this situation. 🙂
