My Question or Issue

 I made family account first month was good but second all members have kicked automatically. I tried to send family invite again but causes an arror. I looked frequently asked questions and I found ''you have to wait 12 months to change your family. What should I do?

Hey @erkanyilmaz2000.

 

The 12-month limit only applies if the users try to join a different Family plan. Since they were removed from yours, they shouldn't have any trouble joining again.

 

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message your family members are getting when joining the plan?

 

Also, we suggest they try to join again using an incognito window or a different internet browser to see if it helps.

Thanks for getting back with this.

 

We'd suggest first checking if the family member trying to accept the invite is on Premium via a third party (eg. mobile provider). If so, they'll need to 

 

We'd also suggest making sure that the owner of the plan logs out of their Spotify account first if both of you are using the same device.

 

If that doesn't help, let us know so we can troubleshoot this further.
