The plan markets a first 2-month promo for only 239 pesos, but why am I being billed now just after the first month?

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any details about the offer you've mentioned. If you have any screenshots or links of it, that would be very helpful.

If you've been charged right after subscribing, you were most likely not eligible for the offer. Most, if not all offers have a certain eligibility criteria.

In addition to this, usually most offers are for new subscribers or users who haven't been on Premium for a long time and not all payment methods are available for all offers.
