I paid two times for the 3 months campaign but I still have the free account. How could you help me ? I paid two times, page is refreshing and want me to write my card informations again. I wonder how spotify become a big brand.

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that they are just pending charges. There's more info about this here. In case your bank confirms that the transaction was indeed completed, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you.
