Access blocked when my family member tries to join through google account

My Question or Issue

When my family member tried to join through the premium family invite link that i sent to them, it leads them to a website and after they logged into a google account it shows access blocked, two of family tried this but the results are same

I am sorry to hear about this. Can you have those family members copy the invitation link, and paste it into a different browser or private window and see if that makes a difference? 

If you're still facing trouble, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages that you're seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community. I'll see what to suggest.
