I was on a family plan premium and yesterday night my accoutn decided to go back to free? I did notice an email stating I needed to "verify" my account. I must of missed it and now I'm assuming that is the reason why...
Any help?

As you know all members of a Premium for Family plan need to reside in the same address for it to work. You can ask the owner of the family plan to send another invite in an incognito window just to be sure, and let you accept the invitation through another device. Let me know how this goes 🙂
