Activating Premium for Family

Hi there,

 

I received an invitation on email for Premium for Family. After clicking on 'accept invitation' I have been directed to a page to key in name and address. However I don't remember having to filled up address when subscribing to Spotify. Can anyone help on what to do?

Hey @Darren_W,


All users who start a Premium for Family plan are being asked to enter their physical home address before they're able to invite their family members.

 

I'm assuming that you know at which physical address you live, so I'd recommend that you enter your address and hopefully it'll work.
