My Question or Issue

 I am trying to add my daughter to our family plan so she can download and listen to music on her IPod 5th gen, but when we try to email her the invite it doesn't send. We've tried clearing the web browsers cache/cookies and made sure her email was correct, but there is no option to copy the link so we can manually send her the link

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.
