My Question or Issue


I followed all of the instructions for adding members to the family plan I get as far as manage members and the button for adding members doesn't work.

Thanks for reaching out.


Are you getting any error messages when you try to click the button? Also, have you tried again using a different device (preferably a different platform) and a different connection by a different provider? 


If that doesn't help, is it possible to send us a screenshot of how things look on your end so we can investigate further? Please make sure to blur out any personal/sensitive info from the image.

After clicking to copy the link and getting the "link copied" confirmation, DO NOT USE THE LINK BUTTONS (ie: Messenger, etc) to send it to someone. Instead manually paste the link (ie: CTRL + V) into an email or a Messenger chat. Otherwise the invited member does not get brought to the correct page where they can join the plan.
