Adding Member

My Question or Issue I want to add my son to my existing premium for family plan.I started the account i pay the bill.We only have My wife daughter and myself on it currently,Help page says go to account,click premium for family in menu on left,I dont have that in the left menu.When i click manage account there are no options for adding or sending invite.Iam on a laptop now and logged in and still no options

thanks for posting in the community !

 

The way suggested on the help forms is the only known way of adding members to your plan.

What might be is that you're logged into the wrong account which isn't the one where you're the owner of a family plan.

 

Please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details and make sure you're logged in the right one.
