Adding a Family member

Adding a Family member

I pay for a Premium Family plan. I’ve tried adding my husband to the plan but it seems they haven’t accepted him. He gets the message that he can’t be added to the family plan.

I’m wondering since payment is processed on my Business Credit Card, I gave my business address. Now My husband probably entered the house address when he tried joining the plan, they don’t let him do it ? 

I no longer have a way to know which address I gave when first subscribed to the plan. My husband tried both addresses but neither will work.

Can someone at Spotify reset my husbands account ? Or is there anything we can do to make it work ?
