Adding a family member but if says not in the same country!!!

Adding a family member but if says not in the same country!!!

I am trying to add my son to my family member subscription but when we use the invitation it says he cannot be added because he is not in the same country as me.  He quite plainly is, he's sitting right next to me.  What needs to be done to sort this?

Please make sure that both accounts have set the same country setting: https://spotify.com/account.
