Adding a family member with the same address to my plan but not working

Adding a family member with the same address to my plan but not working

We live at the same address but when following invitation, it says that we don't live at the same address. I have checked that my address is correct and the addresses match but still not working

Exact same thing is happening to mine but I can’t find an answer anywhere, commenting so I can find this post again and hopefully someone has a solution.
