Adding family to family plan

So I have a family plan and 5 of us are currently using the family plan. The 6th person (my daughter) was accidentally signed out and now she is trying to join back in. However, the address on file for us is in the US and we are currently living in South Africa. So when she tries to rejoin the family plan it says that she "isn't living in the same address anymore"......how can this be solved?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Your daughter can set the country setting of her account to the one the Family subscription is registered in. This setting should also match the country you're currently residing in. Here is how to do this.
