Adding favourites to playlist kids account from shared playlist.

My Question or Issue

We have a shared playlists to my son’s kids account. And he’s been building his own favourites from the curated lists by “heart”ing the songs. But when he goes to heart a song from one of the shared playlists, the heart disappears. Is there a way I can edit or add songs to the favourites list on the kids account? Or that he can add from existing shared playlists?

It's currently not possible to like songs outside of the Spotify Kids' curated catalogue, however, we do appreciate you sharing your use case as it helps us improve the Spotify Kids app.

Why was this taken away? My daughters Spotify Kids gas a list of favorites that are available offline. I need to have her sleep music available for offline in case our internet goes out (which it does regularly). There is an option to download and play it, but then it's an unlocked tablet and not in kids mode. Not OK.
