Adding members to family

I've been trying to get to my family membership page to add another member so my final available spot but an error keeps appearing each time I've tried. I've added a screenshot of what I keep seeing.

I am having the same exact problem and would love an explaination as well.

I've had the same issue for the past few days.  I've also put in a support ticket, and awaiting a response.
