Adding to family plan

Hi, my problem is that I registered my Spotify in Poland, and chosen family Spotify, then I moved to Denmark and trying add my girlfriend to it, she has Spotify registration on Denmark and there is some issue to add her, I did sent her invitation, I changed address on Danish too, and doesn’t work, how can I add her or so?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you've updated your payment method to one that's been issued in Denmark, then the changes will take effect from your next billing date. Once your country setting has been updated, you should be able to invite her successfully.

 

If you haven't done that yet, you can do it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.
