Adding to family plan


Hi, I’m trying to add my son to our family plan. Sent the invitation but when he gets to the address and inputs our home address it states that he’s trying to join from another country?!? Tried to remove and re-install the app but the same issue. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

I recommend making sure that all accounts have set the same country setting. Info on how to change it can be found here.


Keep in mind that, when changing the country of an account with a paid plan (by updating the payment method), those changes will take effect from your next billing date.
