Address Verification Issues on Family Premium Plan - Assistance Needed

Address Verification Issues on Family Premium Plan - Assistance Needed

Both of my children started receiving repeated requests to verify their address. We checked, and the addresses should match as required. However, they kept getting these address verification requests. Meanwhile, my wife did not receive any verification request at all. Now that the deadline has passed, my children have to wait 12 months before trying again.

We are on the Family Premium plan. We all live in the Netherlands at the same address and use iPhones.

What should I do? Should I cancel the subscription? Obviously, I don’t want to pay for a service we can’t use. Thank you in advance for your help.
