My Question or Issue

Spotify believes that I am trying to join a Family Plan from a different country and I cannot validate the address for my kid. Not sure what to do, all settings are for France, Credit Card, Country, Addres....

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I'd recommend making sure that the country setting of the Family plan owner's account and the account that is trying to join match. This can be done at https://spotify.com/account.

 

You can learn how to update your country setting at https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/.
