Address won't work for family plan

Address won't work for family plan

My family members aren't able to join my family account because it keeps saying it's the wrong address. How do I check what address I have on my account? This has happened multiple times. I'm going to cancel my subscription to Spotify if this isn't resolved.

Sorry to hear this.

So there are two thing you can do this link, which tells you to make a new account. Or you can contact Spotify. The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. Tell them your problem they will fix it from the inside. Hope this helps. Likes are appreciated.
