My Question or Issue

I cannot add my child to family plan. We moved from Germany to Belgium. I changed address for Spotify. My son cannot join with new adress. Systems says we don't live in the same country.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend making sure that all accounts have set the same country setting. Info on how to change it can be found here.

 

Keep in mind that, when changing the country of an account with a paid plan (by updating the payment method), those changes will take effect from your next billing date.

hi Maxim, thank you for the answer. I tried but it only allows me to pick
banks in Germany and also for Klarna that I am using in Belgium I cannot
change on Spotify but stay German by default.

Thanks for getting back.

 

You should be able to update your payment method here. Before attempting to do that there, though, make sure to click on 'Change country' on that page and then select Belgium.

 

You'll then be shown all available payment methods in that country 🙂
