Alexa does not play song/artist any more, but only radio by artist (family)

Hi,
a family account is linked to Alexa and when I tell Alexa to play a song by artist, it only plays the artist radio.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hi there,

Thanks for the post.

It sounds like you might have connected a free Spotify account to your Amazon Alexa app. Make sure you disconnect the free account and connect one of your Family Premium accounts to the Alexa app. 

If you have a free account connected, you won't be able to play songs on demand, but just the shuffled artist radio.

If i ask alexa to play a song by an artist on spotify, it plays the artist radio, random songs, on spotify. This has happened in the last week or so.

Hello!
So, far I have tried to get some help with Amazon but they were no that efficient as they only suggest to start over. Unlink, link, then they mentioned something about my location, but it happens that if I put my country the skill tells me that it cannot be used either be linked.
Have tried to update de app. Have tried to find a way to play my own playlist.(After Amazon help can't do that anymore)
