My Question or Issue

Hello. 

 

After a family member is growing up we decided to allow explicit content on her device. However, toggling off the filter for explicit content does not change how spotify on her device behaves. 

 

We have logged her device out and back again, and tried setting the toggle on and back off again.

 

Assistance on this issue would be great.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It's also important to toggle the explicit content filter on her account. Every account has a separate filter. Could you relay to your family member to check their own account and toggle the filter on/off a few times? The Family filter should stay off so it doesn't interfere with the other one.
