My Question or Issue

 It would be very much apprechiated when you allow the music streaming feature for all members in the spotify family plan. I do not understant why this is prohibited. 

It would then be possible to create a new spotify user, add said user to the family and link the account to amazon alexa. 

This idea was alread proposed in the forum countless times and very often marked as resolved (which is not the case, if you read threough the post) or marked as duplicate.

Please spotify provide a solution to this issue. Your users very much demand it.
