App saying my son is at a different address when I’m trying to add him

App saying my son is at a different address when I’m trying to add him

I am sitting right next to my son and trying to add him to my family plan. I can send him the invite, but when he clicks it says he isn’t at the same address as me. We tried restarting his iPad and relogging back in but nothing helps. We were traveling in Costa Rica recently but we’re back now. My phone seems to understand this but not his iPad/spotify account. Please advise. Thanks!
