Asked for my ZIP code, but Hong Kong doesn't have ZIP codes

Hi,

I recently got the email asking for my ZIP code so I can continue being part of my girlfriend's family plan.

We live in Hong Kong, and there's no ZIP code around here. The local custom is to enter "0000" as zip code when a form really wants one, but that value was refused by the "check your ZIP code" form. "NA" failed too.

I then entered the (US) ZIP code my girlfriend had when she created the account (years ago) and... got kicked out of the family plan.

What do I do now ?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend checking out this support site article regarding being removed from the plan. 

I'd also recommend telling the owner of the plan to try sending you a new invite.
