My Question or Issue

 On May 22nd, I'm interested at purchasing the student premium, I registered my credit card number and do the check out, My money has been taken. Then, I do the verification from SheerId. After the verification is confirmed, I earned the discount from Spotify. But I've been asked to pay for the Student Premium which I was already paid before. And now I need my money back. Please help. Thx (I've attached my purchase proof below)

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.

There is no information about the payment status in my Bank Account.
