Autoplay won't stop, even when it's turned off

I have Autoplay turned off in Preferences both on my phone and desktop, but Spotify continues to autoplay songs on my profile. I've tried turning Autoplay on and back off, logging out and logging back in, and reinstalling the app on both devices. I've updated Spotify every time I'm prompted. None of these approaches have worked. Please help.

Can you clarify if Autoplay is running on your laptop and phone only or on another platform as well?
