Aun que ponga la misma dirección, no me la acepta, llevo intentando desde ayer en la noche en cada dispositivo que puedo

Could you let us know if you're getting any error messages when you're trying to accept the invite? If, so could you send us a screenshot of it? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


Additionally, we'd like to know if you currently have an active Premium subscription.


On another note, we suggest that you double-check if you're entering the exact same address as the plan's owner. Keep in mind that all members need to live at the same physical address as the owner. For more info, take a look at this article.


We understand that you already tried accepting the invite from multiple devices, but what you can also do is to try accepting the invite from an incognito window and/or using a different internet connection.
