Bonus 500 family

Salve volevo sapere se era possibile acquistare un abbonamento annuale per Spotify family usando il bonus 500. 

Iniziato l'anno 2019 quando il bonus non sarà più valido, il bonus già convertito in Spotify varrà ancora?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community. We hope you don't mind us helping you in English, since this is the official Community language 🙂

In order to apply the 18app code to your Family plan, you must first cancel your subscription and wait for it to return to Free. Then you will be able to apply the 18app code. Once you've done that, you can upgrade to Premium for Family again. 

However, if you converted the code in 2018 but tried applying it in 2019, you won't be able to redeem the code for Premium.
