Buiten Family plan gezet, maar is niet de bedoeling

Buiten Family plan gezet, maar is niet de bedoeling

Recent is het adres van ons Family Plan gewijzigd. Echter, nu is mijn Premium account omgezet naar Free, daar het adres niet meer klopte. Het nieuwe adres is echter nog steeds van toepassing, dus ik weet niet hoe ik dit aanpas en weer kan aansluiten bij het Family account.

 

Heeft hier iemand ervaring mee? Wil graag weer terug naar Premium.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If your account has already reverted back to free, you'll need to join the plan again in order to recover your Premium features. So in this case, we'd recommend asking the plan owner to send you an invite again, so you can complete the process and re-join the plan. If you're having any issues re-joining the plan, we'd also recommend checking out this article for more info.
