Buono Regalo - Codice Non Funziona

Ciao a tutti, sto tentando da un po' di tempo di riscattare il mio abbonamento a Spotify premium con un buono 18 app. Il problema sarebbe che nel momento in cui inserisco il codice fornito, Spotify mi dice che il buono non valido. Ho provato a cambiare buono inserendo anche altri codici, ma il sito mi da sempre la stessa risposta, cosa devo fare?

Here you'll find info that may be helpful for you to redeem your card. Also, make sure you’ve entered the correct characters. E.g. a zero looks like a capital ‘O’, or a capital ‘I’ looks like a one. If that doesn't help, we'd recommend going to the store where you bought it so they can make sure it was successfully activated.
