My Question or Issue

Tried to add  a family member but send invitation button did not work, it was grey.

Tried to cancel subscription and rejoin the premium for family, button also did not work.

Tried with other browsers also did not work.

App on mobile device now does not work.

Try deleting the app entierly and then redownloading it. Hopefully that will restore it.

I'm having the same issue on the app as well as the web site. Also no empty slots exist to add family members.
