Can I add family ppl to Family Premium if they have an actual Individual?

If I change my Individual account to a Family Premium and want to add my family members, who already have an on-going Individual Premium account, do they have to wait until the month is up and then cancel their subscription and then add them to the Family Premium account?

No, they can accept their invites and join right away. Their existing subscriptions will be paused and will only be resumed if they ever leave the Premium Family plan. 🙂
