Can each family member download to three devices?

I see that accounts are limited to three devices on which to download songs and go offline.  I am on the family plan so my question is, can each account download to three devices?  I have my phone, tablet and work laptop.  My other family members have at least two devices each.  I would hope the answer is yes .

They sure can do that, because each member of the plan will be using their own account. 🙂
