Can family members join who are away from home for extended periods?

My Question or Issue

Both my children stay away from home for protracted periods of time, my daughter in Middlesbrough and my son at Texas Tech University. The terms and conditions state that all family members must have the same address, and both children are home some of the time, my daughter sporadically, my son for c. 5 months each year. Are we eligible for the family plan or not?

They are eligible to join the plan if they reside at that physical location. It is best for the members to join the Premium Family plan while they are at your home location to ensure that verification does not get delayed.
