Can people in a Premium for Family plan view each other's accounts/activity?

My Question or Issue 

 Can people on a Premium for Family plan view each other's activity? I'm currently on one which I'm not the one paying for and I'd prefer to keep all of my activity private.

Only the friends you added are able to see your activity and songs. However, if you want to make sure nobody sees your activity, you can listen to your music in a Private Session.
