Can't Add Family Member To Family Plan

Can't Add Family Member To Family Plan

I am trying to add a fourth family member (who resides with me)_to my family premium account.  I send them the invite and they recieve the invite. However, when they click on the "accept invite" tab it takes them to my "Account Overview" section everytime.  There is no place for them to put in the invite code and start their own account.


I have tried the following:  resending invite muliple times, cancelling invite and resending mulitple times, changing devices where invite is recieved, and going directly to ""  Nothing works, always goes back to my "Account Overview" section.


My account is paid and up to date and only have three people on it.  What am I missing here?  This has been extremely frustrating and if I can't get this resolved will definately be cancelling my subscription.
