My Question or Issue

I currently have my own Duo plan with my sister. My parents got a family plan and have invited us to join their Family plan. When I use the link, instead of being able to complete the process, it tells me "There was a problem. Please try again later". I have tried both on my phone and on my laptop, but I get the same message. The address matches, everything should be fine, but I can't get it to go though.

You'll first need to cancel the Premium Duo plan and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite. 🙂
