Can't activate premium family

Hello, i can't activate the premium family, after i insert my data ( address, name, sourname ecc. ), i  do the captcha, i press send and then appears a notice "You cannot join the family plan", i try it from my iphone 7 and from pc ( google chrome, mozilla)

I fixed, write to sporifycares in facebook and they fix your problem!!
